Join us for our 4th Permablitz at Meg and Graham’s place in Matcham.
We’ll be working in Meg and Graham’s garden helping them to implement the next stage of their 25 year permaculture design. In return for your help Meg and Graham will demonstrate the use of waste materials to make raised beds, the benefits of hugelkultur over wicking beds, designing a mandala system, composting in situ and measuring contour. There will also be an opportunity to tour this extensive permaculture garden that stretches over three and a half acres.
Please wear suitable work clothes including gloves, boots, hat and sunscreen. Bring a water bottle and any hand tools you like to use (with your name on them).
Meg and Graham’s address will be emailed prior to the event so please make sure your email address is current.
A vegan lunch will be provided for everyone, however, we would appreciate your help by bringing something to contribute to morning or afternoon tea.
It costs you nothing to attend this event. You may wish to make a donation to one of Humantix’s charities. The entire platform is aligned with permaculture.
Once you have participated in three Permablitz events you are eligible to host your own Permablitz provided you have a permaculture design for your property.
