Brenna is an artist, cartoonist and activist. Her body of work spans an impressive spectrum. As the illustrator of Retrosuburbia her watercolours provide colour and dimension to David Holmgren’s text.
She has more that 35,000 followers on Instagram where she regularly shares permaculture-inspired cartoons. Brenna has illustrated two children’s books and designed Permaculture Australia’s most popular T-Shirt.
Her work ranges from the endearingly charming to the incisively political and often reaches an audience beyond the permaculture community.
Brenna is also an accomplished permaculture educator and has taught with Rosemary Morrow, David Holmgren and the Milkwood Team.
